Partnering with Freemans Event Partners, Chained Events stepped in to deliver event stock management on a scale where conventional methods simply break down. The British Grand Prix presents a unique logistical headache: the "Pit Stop" effect. Unlike a music festival with a steady flow, F1 crowds hit the bars in massive, compressed waves during race intervals and breaks.

We weren't just managing one type of bar. We had to coordinate stock across a complex ecosystem—from high-volume grandstand bars serving thousands of pints in minutes, to premium hospitality suites. Add in the restricted access routes and tight security protocols of an international sporting venue, and you have one of the toughest logistical environments in the UK.
